Tips for unfolding and printing

Ok, so I know that a lot of you were confused today, so I just want to let you know how to make this all work.

1. Save your model as the OBJ from Modo and open that in Pepakura
2. 11x17 is 279mm by 432mm. Set your paper and unfold your model. Then use Ctrl+L to scale it up to about the right size. (Count how many times you scale it because if you have sliced your model you will have to scale the other parts the same amount!) You can rotate pieces and move them to make them fit on fewer pages.
3. Save that as a PDO file. Then export it as an EPS. When you do this a little window will open and check "No Fill on Faces" (This is how you make it white)
4. Open the EPS file of your unfolded model in Illustrator. You can move things around a little bit more and set it in the 11x17 sheets of paper better.
5. Once you're happy with it save it as a PDF and you're ready to go print!
